Hello,

My name is Nicholas Spake. From August 1st to August 9th, I will be keeping you all updated on the day to day evets here at Camp Rainbow. But before I share everyone's camp experience with you, you might want to know a little bit about myself. My life hit a roadblock in 2013 when I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, but I refused to let having cancer prevent me from finishing college with a 4.0 GPA. In May 2013, I graduated from Arizona State University, achieving a BA in Theatre and a minor in communications. Teaching me just how precious life is, my disease further influenced me to reach out to others through writing this blog and creating this website. Today, I’m happy to say that I am currently cancer free and I can't wait for the first day of camp. Until then, feel free to read some of my movie reviews and editorials at www.NickPicksFlicks.com.
